GRILL LONDON

"Grill London" is a restaurant that has been open for almost 10 years and attracts guests with its quality food cooked on a barbecue grill. With 18 restaurants spread across Lithuania and Latvia, its menu concept attracts guests who prefer quality and a choice of their favourite flavours. Grill London restaurants offer more than 20 different grilled dishes, a wide variety of side dishes, salads, burgers and snacks.

What I liked about the Vent is that the hood is cleaned daily instead of once every three months. In the past, the cleaning used to be done in such a way that after a month and a half, the same cooker hood would look in worse condition than it was before all the work was done. We chose the Vent system because it reduces the risk of spontaneous combustion - a key advantage for us in protecting both the health of our staff and the inventory of our restaurants. The hood is cleaned continuously using the system, so there is virtually no risk of fire, explained the restaurant representative.

The equipment was first tested in restaurants, and after a month and a half, after assessing the situation of what a Vent hood looks like, the answer was quite easy - the equipment is a must in restaurants.
Is it difficult to find space for the unit? "It's really easy to find space in normal working conditions, it doesn't take up a lot of space, which is why we are pleased that the benefits are quite obvious and the cleaning system doesn't overwhelm the kitchen or block the aisles. The work goes smoothly because the company takes care of the installation and maintenance, and we just have to use it," explained J. Žukauskas.
